FAQs


When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders with customized items take 4-7 business days.  Orders placed on holidays and weekends start being processed the following business day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the shipping method you select, your order may take anywhere from 2-8 business days to arrive (within the United States) once it has shipped. We do not do international shipping at this time.
 
Please note that we are not responsible for service transit time.  Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination – especially during peak shipping periods. We do not ship on third party accounts.

Shipping time is in addition to standard processing time.

Where are you located?
We are located in the United States, in Miami, Florida.  We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Florida.  Our physical address is 10318 SW 145 CT, Miami, Fl 33186.

Can I return part of my order?
As we want all our customers to be very happy with their supplies, we allow returns and will issue a refund of unopened / unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Sorry we do not accept returns or exchanges of customized items.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.
  • Returns received past the allowable date (as shown on your packing list), or containing ineligible items will not be refunded.

Due to the handmade nature of our tissue paper products and customized products some products may vary in color and shapes. This is not a defect. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure their items accurately before placing an order. If you plan to order a large amount of an item, we recommend ordering a single one first so you can see the item in person if you have doubts about color or size. We are happy to answer any questions before you place your order and will help you find the right size product for your needs.

I received my order and one of the items is incorrect/missing/damaged

Oh no, we're sorry! Please let us know what you ordered and what you received in its place. Missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the package. We will send you a claim form to fill out and sign. Please keep the entire contents of the package handy until you've filled out your claim form. We may need photos of the damaged parcel in order to file a claim.


I never received an order confirmation – did you receive my order?
Every order placed through our store is sent an order confirmation via email, addressed to the account you used to pay for the purchase.  Please check your junk mail folder if you don’t receive a confirmation within an hour of making your purchase.  If you do not receive a confirmation, your transaction was most probably not completed. Please reach us via email or phone to make sure we did not receive your order and we will be happy to help you finalize it.​

I forgot to order something – can you add it to my order?
Give us a call or send us and email ASAP and we will give it our best shot. 

I gave you the wrong shipping address. Can you change it? 
Please let us know of changes ASAP!  After the package has left our store, we will be unable to make any changes. If the package is returned by the carrier, we will be happy to issue a refund for the items, or re-ship to a new address, but you will be responsible for the re-ship charges.

Will you share or sell my personal information with anyone?
No, not ever. We only use your information to process your order and will never ever share it with third parties!
